| The EMS housing is formed from a single sheet of .125 thick 5052H32 aluminum. Corners are seam welded for a watertight seal. The doors are also formed from .125 aluminum sheet and corners are welded. Standard finish is black semi-gloss texture powder coat. The EMS enclosure conformes to NEMA 3R. The door lens is a .19 thick anit glare poly carbonate. The lens covers the entire door inside surface and seals directly to the body gasket. Each door is equipped with a “ T” Handel vise action latches as well as gas springs to support the door when open. |
